Tilly Norwood, a so-called “AI actress,” was being interviewed by Piers Morgan but, unfortunately, had some sort of technical glitch and started speaking Chinese.
LOL.
According to Deadline:
Norwood, a generative AI creation from British company Particle6, switched language from English to Cantonese midway through the exchange, much to Morgan’s bemusement.
Fellow guest Tom Conti, the Oscar-nominated Oppenheimer star, was asking Norwood about her upcoming feature film Misaligned. “Are the other actors on the screen with you real actors? Or are they computer-generated images?” Conti ventured.
Norwood nodded, paused, and responded: “They’re all digital twins, just like me. It’s a hybrid production, which means….” Norwood then stopped and switched to Cantonese.
