Police say a 64-year-old man was arrested at his Sacramento home early Saturday morning. He was released after posting bail. However, hours later, he was arrested by the FBI for allegedly violating a federal statute which has to do with interference to radio communications of stations, which are federally licensed. The suspect’s neighbors were surprised by the arrest. “He was a nice guy. But then after hearing all this, we were we’re just like, ‘What? What happened?’” said neighbor Emily Alves. At least three bullets hit the lobby window of the news station Friday afternoon. People were inside the building, but nobody was hurt.
