Israel’s forex reserves hit new record– en.globes.co.il Israel’s foreign exchange reserves at the end of August 2025 rose to $230.321 billion – a new record – an increase of $3.553 billion from their level at the end of July, the Bank of Israel reports. The level of the reserves relative to GDP at the end of July was 41%. The increase was the result of a revaluation that increased the reserves by about $3.759 billion, partly offset by foreign exchange activities by the government totaling about $209 million.
