President Volodymyr Zelensky says the United States has restored the specialized warning information Ukraine uses to detect Russian ballistic-missile launches after a three-day interruption.
The restoration also exposes the bigger fight still hanging over Washington and Kyiv: whether U.S. intelligence and satellite support are being used as leverage to restrain Ukrainian attacks on Russia’s oil infrastructure.
